Mr. Ryneveld,

on May 31, 2004 you kindly responded to our requests for your help: "I do not see on a cursory review of the documentation that you have supplied that our office has any jurisdiction to deal with your complaints and concerns. You should be aware that the Ombudsman's Office has jurisdiction to deal with complaints of this nature This office will take no further action". Even after the most cursory review, you should be aware that you and your office have legal duty, though limited jurisdiction, to serve and protect citizens abused by the Police. Please do for what are you paid at least from now, most recently regarding the Complaint #07-57937 / OPCC # 2007-3689.

For a start, you may review the fax to you and to the Police Board and to you from March 20, 2007: On 19/3/2007 from 9:15 am I very politely distributed copied the “F-case Coverup in the First Public Comment” (see the F-case blog) to employees and visitors of the CBC Head Quarters at Cambie Street: "Attention-Seeker" Arrested After CBC Incident Mar, 14 2005 - 4:00 PM VANCOUVER(CKNWAM980) --Vancouver Police had to send the Emergency Response Team Monday afternoon, after a man threatened to light himself on fire at the CBC Plaza in downtown Vancouver. Just after 3 PM, the man entered the foyer of the building on Hamilton Street carrying a one-litre bottle of some flammable liquid, paper and a number of cigarette lighters. Insp. Bob Rolls says the ERT managed to take the man down before he hurt himself or others. Rolls says he suspects the man just wanted some attention. "I think he's going through something to do with a family break-up situation, and he was despondent about that.' Rolls says this man has been struggling with mental health issues, and they have dealt with him before". Tic Toc, Tic Toc, Tic Toc . . . After three successes, a Security Guard informed me that his boss wishes for me to get out, or he will call the Police. I told him that I wish to speak with his boss’ boss and continued the distribution. I completed 25 of the planned 50 successes when at about 9:30 the Police arrived and arrested me for about the 12th time for seeking justice, making my photo for the CBC’s agendas. It is confirmed again and again: no media or reporter worth his/her salt will interfere with government’s murderous policy and kill the positively profitable and newsworthy "Mentally Ill Criminal Pronounced Dead" story. O Canada, Who Stands on Guard For You? Every nation has the government and media it deserves. Law Enforcement Forces confiscated my backpack, umbrella, buss pass, library card, and home key, called an Ambulance, and transported my possessions in their car to St. Paul Hospital. After about two hours in extremely tight handcuffs (they got tightened when I lost my balance trying to board the Ambulance) I was committed, got lunch, absolved a 2-3 minute long assessment and was released at 2:30 pm, all this without any prescribed paperwork. But only less than a half of my possessions were returned. Estimated cost to replace them: $150:00. Policemen accused the paramedics of being responsible for the loss. That is standard policemen lying. The proof: all confiscated items were transported in their cruiser. Like other government agencies, the Law Enforcement Forces continue lying about me and my family to aid, abet and cover up crimes committed by the State against my child and family since 31/12/1997 to this day. A/Inspector Cafferky # 1340 “solved” the latest complaint with an usual mixture of half-truths and outrageous lies on August 15th 2007. He wrote: “Constable Irving and Constable Stamakamis’ action were appropriate for the circumstances and it is unfortunate that you felt slighted and were left with a negative impression as a result of the police contact. It is also unfortunate that you have lost your belongings however there is no evidence to suggest that the Respondent officers were responsible for that lost”. Cafferky provided contact information to the address where your subordinate Senior Investigative Analyst Bill MacDonald regularly commits frauds and breach of trust by covering up policemen misconducts, wrongdoings and crimes committed against my child and family. For example, he on May 1st, 2006 confirmed the VPD Acting Inspector’s dismissal of mother of once extremely emotionally abused in unlawful state custody child’s complaint, as always deliberately ignoring what is the complaint about at all. He supposedly sent cc to you and to VPD Professional Standards Section. Thus your Victoria address is now used.

I also complain at some VPD member who on June 19, 2007 phoned, refused to discuss the latest of unlawful arrests and wanted to discuss only the stolen staff. When asked to meet, he promised to call the next week. He said not having time to read my blog, and accused me of lying about having my home keys and a Buss Pass stolen by Stamakamis and Irving!

Even after the most cursory review, you are certainly aware that Stamakamis and Irving arrested me at the wish of persons unknown to me without any warrant and without any reasonable grounds to believe that 1. any offence has been or is suspected to have been committed, 2. anything exists that will afford evidence with respect to the commission of any offence, or will reveal the whereabouts of a person who is believed to have committed any offence, and 3. anything exists that is intended to be used for the purpose of committing any offence against the person for which a person may be arrested without warrant. Stamakamis and Irving grossly violated my legal rights in dealing with the justice system and law enforcement contrary to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, namely:

Section 7: right to liberty, and security of the person.

Section 8: right from unreasonable search and seizure (only if the authorities believe someone is a threat to another, to society or to themselves, is such a search justified).

Section 9: freedom from arbitrary detainment or imprisonment.

Section 10: The right to legal counsel.

I demand that my complaints are signed and stamped by the Chief Constable, on pre-printed forms. I demand copies of Stamakamis and Irving’s Statements, their notes and the list of my seized and then partly stolen property. I wish to know the name of the CBC person who demanded from Stamakamis and Irving to arrest me and make photos for the CBC use, what they did. I wish to know who Stamakamis called and what he was told after I was arrested and robbed of my property, when Irwing and I were chatting about my blog, when I was in handcuffs, and not arrested only after speaking with Irving, as Cafferky lies. I wish to finally leave this stolen cursed land, urging you to uphold the law.
