Contrary to his four of five F-case predecessors, the 6th Honorable Minister for Children and Families Development acknowledged and responded at our requests for his help! Honorable Hagen even responded three times, revealing his grossly impaired thinking: according to him, e-mailed requests for help, although good enough for malicious prosecutions and for illegal committal in lunatic asylums, are inferior to the correspondence. We enhanced the Honorable Minister's knowledge ("any communication in writing IS a correspondence"). Instead of being grateful, Honorable Minister rewarded us with that old threat, for a first time uttered by the BC Civil Liberties Association.

Besides, on 21/9/04 we sent mail-registered request for help to the 6th Honorable Minister: "Dear Mr. Hagen: Every day 655 officials receive our requests for help by e-mail, and mostly ignore them. Now you are the sixth minister responsible for our case, thus we send you an updated request for help your predecessor has ignored since 29/4/04 when her constituency assistants faxed it to her. We are sure that you will quickly do what is necessary, according to laws and rules and in the best interest of children. Thank you in advance. Sincerely, Josef and Iva Fisher".

We have every reason to believe that the Honorable 6th F-case minister will implement his threat, because the Honorable Minister Responsible for Youth on 14/9/00 by phone uttered threat to disconnect our phone and two hours later was our phone indeed permanently disconnected. The Honorable Minister Responsible for Youth was forty-six days later appointed the F-case 3rd of so far five Attorney Generals and Ministers Responsible for Human Rights.
