6/1 "Six Vancouver police officers have avoided jail time for assault even though a provincial judge said they all succumbed to "mob mentality" when they packed three suspected drug dealers into a patrol van and drove them to a secluded beach last winter for a beating. The most severe punishments handed out were house-arrest terms for two officers. Two others received suspended sentences and another two were handed discharges for their role in last January's Stanley Park beatings of three suspected drug dealers. Police arrested them that night on suspicion of dealing drugs in downtown Vancouver. But instead of taking them to the police station, the officers drove them to Stanley Park, roughed them up, then turned them loose. All six officers pleaded guilty to the assault in a plea bargain last November in which the number of charges against them was reduced to 18 from 33. Judge Weitzel said the sentences were based on each officer's degree of involvement". Look at that Pigs-lover, that deadly dangerous clown in gown Weitzel’s wisdom!

18/1 Minister of Citizenship and Immigration for a first time acknowledged our requests for help: “This will acknowledge receipt of your e-mail to the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration (CIC)”.

23/1 Haynes fired, Honorable Hogg resigned "to ensure public confidence in my office." "It is apparent that public confidence in my office is best served by an independent audit that is utterly beyond reproach," Hogg said in a news release. Honorable Coleman's deputy MacPhail assumed Haynes' position. (Prior to her appointment as Coleman's deputy, MacPhail was the assistant deputy minister for the community justice branch of the Ministry of Attorney General.) As vigilant readers of our requests for help know, for many years neither Honorable Hogg, Haynes, this MacPhail and hundreds other government officials from whom we daily request their help ever acknowledged our requests, existence, evidence and proof of injustices and crimes committed against our child and family. Now the fifth Honorable minister will assume Hogg's responsibilities and inherit the F-case.

26/1 Honorable Deputy Premier assumed Hogg's responsibilities and inherited F-case. "Ms. Clark in 1997 became the critic for the Ministry of Children and Families where she distinguished herself as a passionate advocate for children's issues”. F-case did not concern too much our M.L.A. when she was Honorable Deputy Premier. The F-case at least somehow concerned present Honorable Deputy Premier when she was the critic of the ministry she is now responsible for (her assistant was very helpful, contacting in our behalf the MCF Quality Assurance Manager). Our non-violent resistance to accept officials’ lies and perjuries about us as the Truth, the abuse of our child as the help and services, the discrimination, inhuman treatment and unjust punishments as the justice cause governments to lavish exorbitant amount of resources to protect liars and perjurers and liquidate our resistance. F-case of abhorrently abused children's rights and grossly violated laws and rules deserves at minimum equal attention as the ministry scandals about (comparing with the price of so called help and services to our family) petty, albeit unlawful financial machinations; the resigning, fourth responsible for F-case Honorable minister promised "an independent audit that is utterly beyond reproach", the first informed critic of the ministry, second Honorable Deputy Premier responsible for F-case, and the fifth Honorable minister declared: "We're looking at the whole ministry, we're turning over every rock to find out where there are issues, current or past, and then looking at how we're going to make sure that those issues don't arise again''. How to make sure that those issues don't arise again? We do everything we can, forcing involved authorities to act as if possessing ordinary human decency: before making important decisions gather all available facts, learn causes, effects and circumstances, respect the Truth, reject lies, obey laws, respect rights, protect the health and lives of the people whom you serve equally as if protecting your own children or your buddies’ interests.

28/1 Jamie Graham (about unrelated, but incomparably much less serious than in F-case VPD members' criminal activities): “We cannot expect earn your trust if we are not entirely open in explaining decisions we make. Accordingly, we have begun some new initiatives to communicate with the public and our members on important issues”. High time!

30/1 Canadian Press: “The B.C. government is considering decriminalizing drunk driving to save court time and money. Coleman insists the proposed decriminalization has nothing to do with Premier Gordon Campbell having been convicted of drunk driving in Hawaii last year". Governments should respect instead of violate children's Constitutional rights. If they can not think up any better reason for it, then to save court time and money.

4/2 First Call BC Child & Youth Advocacy Coalition honoured Pallan, former Officer for Children and Youth & former Children's Commissioner - another one of those who like so many involved in F-case had made an "outstanding and exemplary contribution to society".

5/2  I received from Correctional services, in a presence of the interpreter, although in the absence of Mohamed, yet another service - from a psychologist. Because Mohamed refused among other things to receive our requests for help, previous PO was asked to forward them for both present PO and psychologist.

6/2 The Forum of Canadian Ombudsman became recipient of our requests for help due to Kushner’s and all his staff’s concealment of e-addresses. BC Ombudsman first obstructed and later refused to investigate our complaints. Reasoning for refusal: complete satisfaction with (without mandate and jurisdiction to investigate crimes) the MCF, BRSW and CC's solutions. Information Bulletin: “A financial management review in the Ministry of Children and Family Development is resulting in stronger spending controls to ensure that every available tax dollar goes toward the children and adults being served“.

7/2 BC Ombudsman whose e-address is obviously permanently changed without letting us know his new one either himself or someone from his staff obstructs also delivery of our requests for help to the Police Complaints Commissioner: From: postmaster@ombudsman.bc.ca: Delivery to the following recipients failed: info@oppc.bc.ca.

11/2 House of Shame, Hawes: “We don't have scandals in this government. We have got things we have dealt with in a most appropriate way, and I'm thinking particularly of the Children and Family Development ministry. The member for Surrey–White Rock, the Minister of Children and Family Development, determined something was wrong in his ministry, got the information, immediately brought it forward, brought in an audit team, did exactly the appropriate things. This is not a scandal. In fact, this is dealing with a problem within government with the highest degree of integrity“. Indeed.

16/2 Fifth Honorable Minister responsible for violated Constitutional rights of our child and family: "This is a land of opportunity. British Columbia has always been a place where people from around the world have looked and hoped that they might be able to build a better future for themselves and for their children. It is a place that can be filled with hope and prosperity for generations to come - if we do our job right, if we take our obligations seriously, if we remember that children need to be at the centre of our agenda and if we remember that investing in children is an investment in our future". F-case proves that this stolen, cursed land is a hell on earth for second class citizens when power-holders decide to protect them, serve them and develop their children and families' lives. House of Shame: our M.L.A. made Point of Privilege about Hogg's role and knowledge of outstanding and exemplary contributors to society Hynes-Walls’ financial machinations. Abused children’s Rights and violated laws and rules protecting them are less important than financial machinations for our own M.L.A once Deputy of the Premier or anyone else during so many years of receiving our requests for help at least mention them and our case during legislators’ debates. Obviously F-case, like other cans of worms and closets full of skeletons, matters only when someone opens them. Only then government officials "deal with a problem with the highest degree of integrity".

25/2 Honorable AG Plant QC, who twice had the decency to acknowledge and answer our requests for his help: “I think we have a great prosecution service in British Columbia”. Maliciously prosecute complaining at false accusations fabricated to carry on unlawful confinement of a foreign state citizen under fourteen, at his extremely cruel emotional abuse in state custody as summary or indictable criminal offences and imprisoning child's father, often without any bail and trial for defending children's rights by Civil disobedience, is truly a great service, alas only to liars, perjurers and their protectors who ruined ours and certainly many other innocent second class citizens' lives.

12/3 Anonymous spokesperson for the CWLC (devoted to the well-being of children): "PLEASE REMOVE THIS EMAIL ADDRESS FROM YOUR LIST ASAP". Thoughtfully improving intelligibility of previous request, his/her wish will be granted immediately after being signed. CWLC (the MCFD is a Sustaining Member) Mr. or Ms. Gaetane (gaetane@cwlc.ca): "THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST TO HAVE THE info@cwlc.ca EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED PERMANENTLY FROM YOUR MAILING LIST. PLEASE REMOVE FROM ALL YOUR 14 MAILING ADDRESS. THIS JOKE HAS LAS LONG ENOUGH". The original message is in bold, size 24 letters. Requests for help CWLC spokesperson identified as a JOKE, carefully counted e-addresses, apparently sent without any proofreading, Gaetane's wish is now granted and Vancouver Director of Judicial Administration is from now receiving our requests for help.

16/3 Phone call from Mohamed: Psychologist (who ended his service on 11/3) will have time on 22/4, ordering me to came on that day instead on the last Friday of Honorable Weitzel's pervertly unconstitutional Court Order. AG Headquarters Court Services Branch: "Would you pls. remove me from your mailing list. In my position, there is nothing I can do to assist you. Thanks. Lisa Butler". For acknowledging the existence of our requests for help, her wish is granted.

18/3 "Vancouver police did nothing wrong during the infamous 1998 Riot at the Hyatt, a senior New Westminster police officer has concluded". Indeed. Regarding responsibility of the Vancouver police for the death of Mr. Paul: "Solicitor-General Rich Coleman sees no public interest served by inquiry". In a letter to then PCC Morrison, Coleman wrote that racial discrimination could result from an inquest – and that public acrimony would almost certainly follow. Although former RCMP member Coleman on 13/10/99 used magic word, he is so VIP that magic does not work. Honorable Coleman, like detective Jette PIN 1642, knows what crimes they can investigate and what crimes they cannot. Mr. Paul is one of many VPD scores against second class citizens who senselessly and in vain lost their lives. Evidence of the VPD actions in F-case teach all who profess and are paid to serve and protect, but in reality could not care less about Rights, Laws, safety and lives of second class citizens, what public interest, public service, enforcing Laws, Canadian Charter of Right and Freedoms s.15 (1) etc. really mean.

22/3 House of Shame, the 5th minister responsible for F-case Honorable Clark: “social workers in British Columbia are amongst the best in the world. We are incredibly blessed with the talent and the wisdom that we have on the front lines for the Ministry of Children and Family Development and our contracted agencies across the province“. Blessed talent and wisdom resulting in cases even more tragic than our is indeed incredible.

24/3 Mr. Bonner, President, BC Unity Party in no time at all answered our first request for help: “Your story is very disconcerting to say the least. I would suggest that you contact your Member of the Legislative Assembly, your Member of Parliament or a public advocacy group. Thank you for your message and good luck“.

25/3 Executive Director Korbin changed BCASW years-long policy of ignoring us completely by twice returning our request for help without a single word. Their Whistle service being disabled, we used the BCASW Message Board, from where our requests for help someone deletes. The same afternoon Korbin again sent back our requests for help, this time with: “Do not post anything on the BCASW message board. It is for members only. It will be removed“. No greetings, no signature, no magic word. And indeed, our request for help are few times a day deleted. House of Shame, whole herd of angry M.L.A.s, led by the Honorable Liberal House Leader, who called our M.L.A. a "scumbag", stormed out of the legislature, furious over our M.L.A.’s refusal to apologize to one of their own, for one-day-old unproven accusations. F-case proves that from second class citizens power-holders expect and force them to accept lies and perjuries they made about them as the Truth, the abuse of their children as the help and services, the discrimination, inhuman treatment and unjust punishments as the justice. Our requests to apologize for 2275-day-old, from the Day One 100% proven to be false, ugliest and lowest accusations, resulting in gross violations of our Constitutional rights, governments simply ignore between punishments for complaining, latest of punishments being imposed until 15/6/04. G. Orwell: “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others“.

26/3 AG ministry Executive Director Court Services Branch Sorensen: “Mr. Fisher, When I get your notes, I delete them. I have no ability to assist you. Could you please remove me from your distribution list. Thank you”. We are very grateful that, after many years of requesting her help, she for the first time acknowledged our existence, even using the magic word. She holds a very high office, perceives our requests for help as mere notes, not yet comprehending the gravity of F-case for Court Services and for whole government, henceforth she will receive our requests for her help.

29/3 Sorensen: “I am not responsible for anything that can assist you - all I do is delete your messages“

30/3 The BCASW Executive Director Korbin: “I respectfully ask you to honor our request not to post your message there. I'm sure you will agree you have ample opportunities to convey your message through other means. I wish you well, and thank you for your consideration“. Korbin, after years of ignoring our requests for help, now so communicative - replacing a single magic word with eight words, has her wish granted. Not only their message board, whole BCASW will receive no more requests for help. Honorable MCFD minister debated: “Things have changed in this ministry. We are no longer a ministry that makes decisions based on politics, which is the way things used to be for ten years in the Ministry for Children and Families under the NDP. We don't do that anymore“.

On the Fools Day Dosanjh QC, admirer of his greatest countryman, one of our heroes who said: “Truth for me is God” (Mahathma said it, not for 35 years die-hard NDPer Ujjal), joined the federal Liberal Party, 24-hours before he made his debut as a federal Liberal. Dosanjh QC, would-be senator, is the first of so far four AG’s and third of so far four Premiers responsible for F-case. To enhance chances that someone has at least minimal respect for laws and children’s rights and wish them to be obeyed and respected in the future, instead of 200 addresses two times a day, since 1/4/04 we daily request six hundred addressees to help solve crimes committed against our child and family.

On Good Friday another die-hard NDPer, Honorable MP Svend Robinson stole a piece of jewellery. Our Honorable MP and his same-sex lover supportively held him when he admitted theft over $5,000.00 [indictable offence, maximum penalty ten years in prison]. House of Shame, our M.L.A.: “Robinson's admission shows how mental health issues can affect anyone“. To admit wrongdoings is not mental health issue, but ordinary human decency. Ordinary human decency is for more than six years overdue from all who committed, cover-up or at best tolerate much worse crimes than shoplifting needless frills - disobeyed Constitution, laws and rules to violate our child‘s most fundamental rights, defence of children’s rights persecuted as manifestations of mental illnesses and summary and indictable criminal offences. G. Orwell: “All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others“.

8/4 "Vancouver Mayor Larry Campbell says he's glad the city's top cop is making terrorism his top priority. Chief Jamie Graham had said on Wednesday that residents would suffer sleepless nights if they knew what he knows about terrorist threats. Campbell says he understands where his police chief is coming from. "As an ex-police officer I've certainly been in the position that the chief has," he says. "Maybe not at the same level, but having knowledge that has kept me awake at night. "That's what police are for. We pay them to stay awake at night, to worry about our safety." VPD Chief and PB Chair, like a thousand more public officers elected or appointed, sworn and paid to serve in the best of children and in public interest who know and either completely ignore F-case, or actively participate at the cover up. Only one of three F-case VPD Chiefs acknowledged it: on 12/5/99 informing falsely accused, then repeatedly declared and treated as mentally ill criminal for defending his and other children's violated rights, father of a once unlawfully detained and extremely emotionally abused in state custody foreign state citizen who in vain demanded return to his homeland: ”the Vancouver Police Department will be disclosing your photograph to the ministry for Children and Families". First F-case VPD Board Chair acknowledged it on 3/6/99: "The documents will be considered in accordance with provisions of the Police Act. Correspondence will follow". One letter followed, on 14/9/00: "As you are aware you have been sending repetitive faxes to the Vancouver Police Board Office. We note that in your September 13, 2000 fax to us, that you offer to remove fax numbers from your fax fan-out list upon request. Therefore, the Vancouver Police Board kindly requests that you stop sending us these faxes". Second F-case VPD Board Chair and Media Contact Person after one year of ignoring our reports of VPD constables’ crimes committed against our family and requests for help acknowledged them on 28/11/03, without any greeting or signature, but sincerely: “Quit bothering me“.

15/4 Mohamed wanted to arrange for me another appointment with their psychologist, and that he already finished his work is of no concern for her. Honorable Weitzel, who reasoned that criminally negligent fabricators of evidence used to justify our child’s unlawful confinement and extremely cruel emotional abuse “were doing the best they could do”, imposed the probation order on 17/4/02 for two years. Commonly incompetent Mohamed believes that the Probation Order had begun when I was released from Maximum Security Prison. Anything is possible in travesties of justice what care only for perpetrators to get away with their crimes against children and punish parents for defending children‘s rights.

28/4 Hand-delivered requests for help to our Honorable MP and M.L.A offices. M.L.A. assistant made a copy, Honorable MP’s not, but offered the same Honorable Davies’ address where we daily e-mail them, and promised that someone will call.

29/4 Hand-delivered requests for help to MCFD minister‘s const. office, very polite assistants made a copy of a short summary and promised fax it all to the minister.

30/4 Impossible to hand-deliver requests for help to the Honorable Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General, his assistant not asked to make a copy because of special privileges: his office CLOSED, working hours schedule absent. Through the door slid the same request as to above officials: “This is an another request for your help, those sent by e-mail remain unacknowledged. Please, would you be so kind to meet us, for some 10 -15 minutes, to review the evidence of crimes committed against our child and family? Your receptionist was asked to copy and give you a short overview of our case. We firmly believe that if only you really know how unjustly we are treated since 31/12/97, when the MCFD Deputy of the Director of Child Protection committed Criminal negligence and Fabricated evidence - the first two false statements in official proceedings, documents and records, you will help us. Reid’s const. offices, very polite assistants made copy of a short summary, promised fax it all, Honorable Premier’s assistant accepted and promised to fax the first page only.  "Four Toronto cops to face criminal charges in corruption scandal. Conspiracy to commit breach of trust by a public officer, frauds on the government, breach of trust by a public officer . . .. A former Honourable Provincial Court judge in Prince George has pleaded guilty to four sex charges and one charge of breach of trust. As the special prosecutor noted, Ramsay was in a unique position to know the damage he would cause”. Deadly gangerous clown in gown's victims: second class children, native girls 12-16 years old. Toronto, Prince George . . . Every social worker, cop, bureaucrat, lawyer, deadly dangerous clown in gown and politician - all of them in a unique position to know the damage he/she would cause and responsible for unlawful detention and extremely cruel emotional abuse of our child in state custody is immaculate pillar of just and free society, disregarding how much and how brutally he/she intentionally, for own agendas trampled our child’s constitutional rights, how he/she contributed by own actions and failures to act, or at best remains indifferent to cover ups of the reality of public service, law enforcement and administered justice to second class citizens‘ children.

4/5 Vancouver major’s receptionist accepted our latest request for help to the Chair and Spokesperson of the Police Board and for re-created City of Vancouver’s Child and Youth Advocate Ms. Davidson, but refused to make a copy of a short summary. Receptionist for both Police Complaint Commissioner and Ombudsman was reluctant to copy a short summary, promised to make it in one hour, but managed it just under 6 minutes. Very polite CYO assistant made all copies, meantime very considerate Mass invited father into his office, revealed that his and thus maybe other e-addresses we sent our requests for help are not blocked and promised his help.

5/5 Hand-delivered requests for help to Milowsky’s successor - the Regional Executive Director - Vancouver Coastal Region Adamick. So far ten of the thirteen addressees of the latest hand-delivered requests for help to solve crimes committed against our child and family have ignored them, as well as they and more than six hundreds other addressees ignore our requests for help daily received by e-mail. Two addressees and one of the addressee's deputies informed us about their intentions of ignore them in the future.

6/5 M.L.A. Mayencourt plans to escalate, empower and legalize further discrimination of second class citizens "to give police the tools they need." He wants to ban the poorest among the poor - paupers and squeegee kids, and he's introduced a private member's bill to do it. He says people are tired of being harassed on the street. "My community has suffered awful, awful atrocities," homosexual M.L.A. says. Most awful atrocities commit power-holders themselves - by needlessly conditioning innocent children for such "jobs" and for criminal careers when exploiting them in state custody.

7/5 Once CYFA, now Deputy Child and Youth Officer Mass for a first time since 5/11/99 directly (not by sending them again to the VPD) acknowledged our requests for help: "Mr. Fisher, As requested I shared your material and spoke with Jane Morley about your situation. As I discussed with you, the Child and Youth Officer for British Columbia has a new and considerably different mandate than either the former Child, Youth and Family Advocate or the Children's Commission. The Officer does not deal with individual situations such as yours and does not have the power to decide to conduct an investigation. Your visit to our office caused considerable concern for our staff. We are aware of your ongoing difficulties with MCFD and safety concerns that people have about you. I am requesting that you do not come to our office again". As always - hurt feelings of your colleagues have absolute priority over even acknowledging violated constitutional and human rights of second class citizens' children. [Mandate of the Child and Youth Officer: The legislated mandate of the Child and Youth Officer is outlined in the Office for Children and Youth Act, as follows: 3 (1) The functions of the child and youth officer are to provide support to children, youth and their families in obtaining relevant services and to provide independent observations and advice to government about the state of services provided or funded by government to children and youth in British Columbia.]

12/5  House of Shame: Brenzinger has retracted her allegations of sexual issues: "I wish to apologize to Richard and his family for the difficulties I have caused them." Is she, like Miss Laycock, attention seeker, starving for or obsessed with sex, do her "difficulties" results in criminal intentions, are they mental illness? MLA Stewart says his children have "been through hell" and that's the part of the incident he "will never be able to come to grips with completely". MLA's allegations did not rip apart Stewart's family, his child was not unlawfully detained and for months extremely emotionally abused in state custody, Stewart was not forced to defend his child's safety, rights, well-being and life, he was not declared mentally ill criminal, he did not receive any "help" and mental health & correctional "services" for defending his and other children's rights. MLA needed 48 days for the retraction, and the same day she apologized. Deputy of the Director for Child Protection Miss Laycock retracted her allegations after 54 days, but they serve as legal reasons for illegal treatment of our family and result in "difficulties" since 31/12/97 until now. 1/6 Honorable judge Ramsay sexually abused four girls who appeared before him in court – the youngest of them just 12 years old. Ramsay had pleaded guilty to five charges, including buying sex from minors, sexual assault causing bodily harm and breach of trust. AG Plant says the fact that Ramsay has been put through the court system and convicted shows the system actually works. Plant says he knows it doesn't alleviate the pain Ramsay caused to his young victims but he hopes it's a step toward restoring confidence in the Canadian justice system. 1/1 "A youth is in the intensive care unit at Children's Hospital after being stabbed in the chest. It happened around midnight at a house party in the 2300 block of Herman Drive. Vancouver Police say about 45 youth between the ages of 15 and 17 were taken to the Main Street Police Station for questioning. All appeared to be drunk. Police believe the victim knew his attacker but no description of the wanted youth has been released". Another example of police standard of accuracy in reporting own actions to public: in fact, some uniformed officers and some plainclothes were constantly more than one hour before and tens of them after midnight observing tens of excited children, some apparently under some chemical influence, afoot circling the area. Police utterly failed to protect them, not at any house party, but at the volleyball court behind our home, from being seriously hurt, as well as for hours unable to protect area residents and their terrified children from strong harassment. Our lawn became for PVD officers working place to keep tens of very excited children enclosed for more than an hour, in spite of promising us to relocate their actions somewhere else. For some strategic reasons nobody asked residents if they witnessed the stabbings, and weapons what police vainly searched for a significant time we found under our well-lit doormat. 20/1 Pivot Legal VANCOUVER - "A senior criminal defence lawyer is preparing to prosecute two Vancouver Police officers for assaulting an elderly man in the Downtown Eastside. The private prosecution stems from an incident on September 4, 2004. Woodward, who collects toys to give to poor families, was in his car taking Tylenol 3. Woodward has a subscription for the pills because of chronic pain, due to an industrial accident that paralyzed him for 12 years. "I had put the Tylenols in my mouth when someone grabbed my throat and shoulder and literally dragged me out of the car," said Woodward. "There were two officers. One slammed me into a wall face first, and yelled 'Spit it out!' When I spit out the pills, my teeth came out as well." Woodward suffered serious cuts to his left hand and right shoulder, and his stomach started to bleed from old injuries that split open. After the incident, VPD officers Swanson and Whittaker refused to give their names or badge numbers. Whittaker has since quit the VPD. Woodward laid a complaint with the Vancouver Police Department the same day, but nothing ever happened. Since then, he tried six different times to get the names of the officers. It was only when Pivot Legal Society demanded the officer's names were they released".

21/1 "The B.C. Police Complaints Commission has ruled a Vancouver police constable did not use excessive force the night Jeffrey Berg died". The cause of death - a severe blow to the neck. An autopsy revealed he had received eight blows to the head, and had boot marks on his face. Berg-Wyman notes several people witnessed the incident: "A grievous assault on an unarmed man who was not moving, who was frozen like a statue, who was surrendering, waiting to be handcuffed." Excellent example how are second class citizens served by the law enforcement forces protected by administrators of justice.

25/1 Released Report of the Working Group on the Prevention of Miscarriages of Justice: "The responsibility to prevent wrongful convictions falls on all participants in the criminal justice system. Police officers, Crown counsel, forensic scientist, judges and defence counsel all have a role to play in ensuring that innocent people are not convicted of crimes they did not commit. Education of these key players in the justice system is essential to the prevention of miscarriage of justice".

During January 2005 number of addressees who block our requests for help, sometimes maybe checking them, maybe always deleting them from their Junk Mail unopened, highly exceeded massive blockade prior the third malicious prosecution.

1/2 Some reader of our requests for help obviously decided to hasten and self-fulfil the "threat assessment: "there is a HIGH RISK that Fisher will carry out an act of violence against any person who, at that point in time, he feels is significantly interfering with his life. There is also a HIGH RISK that, if he attempts suicide, he will try to take someone with him. Fisher obviously feels justified in his course of action and he has the ability to carry out his threats. The act of writing and sending faxes is an outlet for Fisher for the moment. As long as he sees alternatives to violence, he will utilize them. The risk would increase dramatically if the contact stops". Unknown to us government officials achieved the same alteration leading five years ago to second malicious prosecution - that our requests for help are not even in their Junk Mail or Trash Can anymore - "Account Closed. Access Denied". FYI: “The self-fulfilling prophecy is, in the beginning, a false definition of the situation evoking a new behaviour which makes the original false conception come true. In other words, a false prophetic statement may affect humans (through fear or logical confusion) to take actions that will ultimately result in fulfillment of the prophecy”.

2/2 "Rick Mowles, the Community Society Services Employers' Association's chief executive officer, will soon be heading the British Columbia government's troubled community living authority. That job was vacated when children and family development assistant deputy minister Phil Goodman took a leave of absence for health reasons".

3/2 "The auditor general says most B.C. public servants don't trust their executives. The report looks at the attitudes of public servants towards their deputy ministers and assistant deputies. It found that only about one-third trust the leadership abilities of senior bureaucrats or believe they care about employees' concerns". No wonder then that nobody cares about the laws, rules, rights and lives of second class citizens' children enough to at least minimally respect them, even when their abuse is irrefutably proven as in F-case. Auditor General’s report perfectly confirms the most urgent need to teach public servants, as we, with daily sent requests for help, so far without a smallest success teach them at least some respect for laws, rules, rights and lives of second class citizens' children.

6/2 All MP, all senators, all MLAs' addresses, some of them always alternately blocked/unblocked, now daily receive our requests for help. All VPD and VP Board addresses, some for years blocked, except one, are now open. As readers of our requests for help know, almost all who politely asked us not to send them more of our requests for help got their wish immediately granted, just for acknowledging that we and our requests for their help exist. Naturally many of our addressees have at least one, sometimes a team of assistants to manage their correspondence, and some of them never heard a word about F-case. Nobody has the power to change what was done, yet we, like all law abiding citizens, share the responsibility that all rights of all children are always respected, that their safety, well being and lives must be always rigorously protected, that all laws and rules protecting them are rigorously obeyed.

7/2 The Senate of Canada Standing Committee on Human Rights Hearings: "a truthful complete review of the rights of Canadian children would be embarrassing to the government of Canada" [The Canadian Children's Rights Council]. Blocked 158 addressees - the same as at the end of January plus one, until now always (except when it belonged to Honorable Dosanjh QC) open: premier@gov.bc.ca.

8/2 Cruel games of blocking/unblocking our requests for help escalate - now 117 blocked addressees, all VPD and VP Board addresses blocked again.

9/2 Our MLA (we request her help since16/4/98), responded to the Speech from the Throne, about "the best place on Earth to raise a family": "This was a government that promised better care and more resources for children but has delivered massive cuts, chaos, mismanagement and scandal at the Ministry of Children and Family Development". Government she served as the Premier's Deputy responded to our requests for help consistently as the present one, we got at least same responses at our requests for help from the past Official Opposition and nothing from the present one, our MLA being the Leader.

10/2 Mr. Edwards, Director Information, Privacy, Security and Records Management to father: "Please provide clarification as to which ministry and program area(s) you have had contact with, as well as whether you wish us to collect information about you from those areas so that we can make sure that we conduct an adequate search for your information".

12/2 "Management Services Minister Murray, whose ministry oversees the FOI process, said she knows of no instance where bureaucrats have intentionally frustrated an FOI request". Do FOIPPA Commissioner &comp unintentionally completely ignore our daily requests to disclose and correct false data of F-case, unintentionally cover up misconducts and crimes committed against our child and family?

13/2 MP, who stole a $64,500 worth wedding gift for his homosexual partner and served 100 hours community service for it without any criminal record (kindly compare father's 243 days in Maximum Security Prisons for defending his and other children's violated rights), "hopes that Canadians will give him a "second chance" as a politician". "Every nation has the government it deserves" [Joseph de Maistre]. Let us emigrate to any free country ASAP, on Compassionate and Humanitarian Grounds.

14/2 Sick and cruel games of liquidating "alternatives to violence" increased, among others also 17 senators blocked our requests for help.

15/2 Never being addressee of our requests for help, Information Management Branch Director McGinnis, obviously immediately reacting at Director Edwards' information, constructed and sent by email somehow different information. While overwhelming majority of addressees and other readers of our requests for help years ago prepared and only update excuses, maximally minimalize own roles in F-case and passively wait to use them, other readers actively engage themselves in sick, cruel games of liquidating "alternatives to violence", "dramatically increasing a "HIGH RISK" of by the Head of the Intensive Psychiatric Care Unit predicted unspecified "disastrous act in the community", four months later specified by team of experts to suicide-murders. Obviously two different Directors of Information Management unexpected involvement caused that unknown to us officials managed sudden flow of information - by cowardly and covertly incapacitating rest of ways of sending our requests for 660 addressees' help.

18/2 Created the last available to us way of daily requesting any possible help from now mere 300+ addressees. We desperately urge all readers of our requests for help to act in the best interest of children and in public interest, exactly as their oaths, laws, rules and usual, common decency, reason, honesty, fairness, compassion, conscience and humanity command. We urge officers afraid of superiors or colleagues' revenge to act anonymously, in the best interest of children. In spite of all our experience gained since 31/12/97, we still believe that some official could prefer our leaving Canada forever, rather than, as officials involved in cover up of crimes committed against our child and family, idly wait at, or intentionally, by destroying the last way of communication, hasten up since 16/6/00 by experts expected suicide-murders. 19/2 Criminal Court Chief Judge: "Thank you for your email to the CJBC website. As of Monday June 28, 2004, the Chief Justice will not be resonding to email to the Chief Justice website until further notice. Accordingly, you will not receive a response to this email".

21/2 Cruel games with our requests for help escalate: some jester resent former "regional director for MCFD , vancouver coastal reg" Adamick's request of not receiving more our requests for help (granted the day he asked - 15/12/04). "The Province will seek legislative approval for a $10-million contribution to help establish three new research chairs and a new Institute of Mental Health at the University of B.C., Premier Gordon Campbell announced today. “Mental illness has a profound impact on all of us as a province, but most of all on those who struggle to overcome it in their own lives,” said Campbell. “This will ensure that mental health continues to be given the priority it deserves,” said Brenda Locke, minister of state for mental health and addiction services. “This truly is a happy day for everyone involved in the mental health community”. Not treating and declaring model citizen mentally ill for defending children's violated rights, for teaching violators and their protectors about their duties, should make happy many authorities in and also outside the mental health community.

23/2 Information and Privacy Commissioner stopped sending his automatic response. "The Campbell government has decided not to introduce new legislation that would allow police to arrest young people involved in the sex trade. But Children and Family Development Minister Stan Hagen says it's a complicated issue and the government needs to do more consultation before making it law, possibly a year from now. The act would allow police to detain young prostitutes for up to 30 days". Beside others, also the fourth responsible Minister of Children and Families owes us explanation what laws social workers obeyed to detain and extreme emotionally abuse in state custody foreign state citizen who did not commit, contrary to his tormentors and their protectors, any crime. "The Federation of Child and Family Services of BC announced the recipient of the 2005 Award for Excellence in the field of Child and Family Services in Victoria. Federation President Noreen Boudreau said Ian Mass of Vancouver was chosen for his exceptional efforts in the field of child and family services. He was congratulated by many of his peers for his outstanding contributions that impact all of us in the Federation and the families we serve. Mass's massive F-case contributions deserve criminal investigation, his exceptional efforts in the F-case started with a crime Breach of Trust by Public Officer.

25/2 Faxed to MCFD Regional Executive Director Knox: "RE: Malicious prosecutions & imprisonments, also in lunatic asylums, for defending violated children's Rights & educating lawbreakers and their protectors. Sabotaged requests for your help. Dear official, this is the last of about a million sent demands to desist cover up of crimes committed against our child and family, solve them and limit abuse of children's rights and violations of laws and rules protecting them. Someone yesterday entirely liquidated the last efficient way of daily requesting help from hundreds officials. Thus now all involved have no more alternatives, except the last two: 1. Find the 1st one in latest of about a million requests for help hundreds officials received until 23/2, or 2. Bear responsibility for achieving some justice - by experts' assessment from 16/6/00 being fulfilled. Any smallest thing or event now could be the last straw; liquidated communication exhausted my superhuman ability to endure years of horrendous injustices committed against my children and family. 8/3 House of Shame, our MLA: "Nine months ago three prominent British Columbians with a wealth of experience on child welfare issues — former child, youth and family advocate Joyce Preston, former B.C. children's commissioner Cynthia Morton and former ombudsperson Dulcie McCallum — wrote to the Premier to express serious concerns about the state of child protection under his government. The letter is dated June of 2004. In the spirit of co-operation, in this letter they offered to meet with the Premier to discuss their concerns personally and confidentially. Can anyone in the government explain why the Premier never even responded to them?”Flashback-Honorable Minister Boone: ”Your complaint has been forwarded to Andrea Clarke, the Quality Assurance Manager for the Vancouver Region. Her staff will consider any new issues contained in this complaint during the complaint resolution process that is currently reviewing your service delivery issues. Four names, all involved in F-CASE when our child was still unlawfully detained and extremely emotionally abused in state custody. Can anyone in or outside the government explain why the two of them never even responded to our requests for help, why all those and other officials with such a wealth of experience on child welfare issues not yet learned from F-case respect the Truth and doing so greatly improve present so depraved treatment of second class citizens' children? "The Campbell government is on the defensive after three former independent officers of the legislature suggested government cutbacks have put children under ministry care at risk. The group, lead by former Children's Commissioner Cynthia Morton, points to a 1992 case where five-year old Matthew Vaudreuil died as a prime example of what could happen today. Children and Families Minister Stan Hagen shrugs off their concerns, saying the province has only eliminated redundant positions, such as Mortin's. But NDP MLA Jenny Kwan says without independent watchdogs, there is no way to know what kind of protection children are getting". Judging by F-case, the replacement of CYFA, CC and C&Y team from the OO is entirely beneficial - the same results at much less expense in salaries, and obviously salaries of remaining watchdogs should be immediately eliminated.

9/3 F-case minister No.6 debated at LA: "I have absolute total confidence in our front-line workers and the coroner's office and the child and youth officer and the ombudsman's office to investigate any of the wrongdoings that may happen". Thus for us remain coroner's service - for the hardest and most important work of our lives - limit horrible abuse of second class citizen and their children's rights, lives, authorities' illegal acts and failures to act according laws and rules.

11/3 "A Toronto man who set himself on fire during a standoff with police Wednesday is now listed in serious condition in hospital. With police cruisers ringing the van, Vuong tossed out an envelope containing messages demanding to meet with acting Toronto police Chief Michael Boyd and Premier Dalton McGuinty". F-case three VPD Police Chiefs, three Premiers, and countless other officials being countless times begged for a few minutes long meeting with us, either ignored us, or in writing refused to meet us for even a few minutes. Involved and informed authorities' acts as well as their silence between illegal acts prove that involved and informed your colleagues could not care less if the F-case progress similarly as the one above. On the contrary, such progress is universally preferred, as universal acceptance of experts' Threat Assessment from 16/6/00 and lack of any prevention to allow similar development proves authorities' morals, values, standards, integrity, interests, and preferences. Ultimate proof of wilfully accepting possible suicide murders - continuously wrongly managing the F-case under similar conditions - will adduce prima facie evidence authorities' wills to maintain the F-case cover up for at least a few more days, at any price, even incl. lost lives.
